Lumber Spondylolisthesis
My mother is suffering from Grade I Anterior Spondylolisthesis (L3-L4 & L4-L5) This means the L3 vertebra has slightly slipped forward over L4, and L4 over L5 all mg with moderate disc degeneration, spinal canal and foraminal narrowing and disc bulge with tear L5-S1. Please suggest necessary precuations to be taken, physical exercises as well as please suggest whether it can be cured completely with medichine and proper diet and physician routine or surgery is necessary. MRI report is attached fir reference.
