Hi,
I was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis grade 1 and bilateral s5 nerve root compression. I have sciatica in right leg and the left leg Paranesthesia below buttocks. Slight urine incontinence as well. Doc recommended exercises to strengthen core and back. Put pain is there. What do I do now?

Looks like Grade 2 listhesis rather than 1, though an XRay would be better.
It does appear that you require a surgical intervention on the face of it.

For pain you may have to take medication like pregablin, Gabapentin, duloxetine etc.. but dat can be given only under medical supervision. Be on follow-up of your treating doctor.
