Brain and Spine Problems

Hello doc, am having following symptoms from a week: Nasal congestion Frontal sinus pain and pressure Neck pain Back head pain and formication on back head Poor posture sleep These symptoms increase whenever felt anxious What could be the problem ??? And suggest diagnosis

I have vocal cord ulcer they are almost healed but there is vocal cord congestion so dr prescribed me picort 6 tablet and i am also taking gitam plus ( gikbo biloba-120mg & piracetam-800 mg) tablet..i forgot to tell dr about this.. so will these two tablets get interact with each or its ok to take it? will it nullify the effects or is there any side effects? plz tell me & plz  don't say consult to ur dr bcz i m 300 km away from him and my next follow up is after 1 months so plz tell me is it ok or they will interact? or gikbo biloba will reduce the effect of picort 6 tablet? and i am taking gitum plus on alternate days but picort 6 is taking daily..

Hello Dr my prolactin level 98.4 so dr suggested  to perform  mri brain and pitutary gland with contrast . Mri shows  result Normal size of pitutary gland and shows a 1.9 mm × 1.8 mm size lesion in right side anterior pitutary gland on right side with delayed enhancement mostly microdenoma Is it serious.

Since past few months, I am getting a jerk reaction when someone calls me. This is happening 2-3 times a day. I am also having cervical vertigo. Is the jerk reaction anything to worry about?

Dr I have taken total 8 rabies vaccine within 5 months my last vaccine completed on 24 june and on 27 june I am feeling sleepy I slept for like 13 hours it may be because today only I started a new ocd medicine.i read in an article that a girl from telagana got 15 rabies vaccine within 9 months got paralysis.after sleeping for 13 hours my hands and feet are having tingling sensation and I am worried that it might be because of rabies vaccine causing neurological side effects.please reply I am worried

All of a sudden, He fell down & got & got head injury, was admitted in a pvt hospital & then shifted to pgi chandigarh. Now he has regaine d little bit of senses but his foot fingers have gone black within in 3/4 days, looks like a case of gangrene. How can it be recovered ?

Is there a way I can put my focus on one thing at a time. I am a very distracted person and therefore its making my life difficult.
