Hello Dr my prolactin level 98.4 so dr suggested to perform mri brain and pitutary gland with contrast . Mri shows result
Normal size of pitutary gland and shows a 1.9 mm × 1.8 mm size lesion in right side anterior pitutary gland on right side with delayed enhancement mostly microdenoma
Is it serious.
