I am suffering headache daily. I fell it daily. I take saridon or other pain killer tablets daily..please tell me what can I do? Please help me.

Numbness during wakeup
Have numbness in hands and legs and palpitation and giddiness on wakeup in the morning. Feel tired during wake up. Please suggest the remedy's and changes to be made in food habits. Earlier I used to take recital for few days but it is not showing any effect now.

even when walking or talking i feel pain in top portion of head
using medication: paracetmol, prophynazone and caffine combination
