Hello doc . There is a seviour pain in my neck which moves towards my right hand arm ... The earlier med which I took reduced my appetite n I have lost weight also . the MRI reports r attached plz tell me what to do

Hello. Sorry to hear this. You have a slipped disc in the neck causing pressure on the nerve going to your right arm, thus explaining your symptoms.Please see a neurosurgeon, who will start you on the right medication since you have severe pain right now. Once the pain is controlled, start physiotherapy and neck strengthening exercises.In the rare case, if you have weakness of arm or unremitting pain then surgery will be a good option. Take care.
