Hello.
your symptoms are consistent with cubital tunnel syndrome or ulnar nerve compression at the elbow.
You should meet a neurologist who can order a EMG/NCV to look for the degree of nerve damage and to locate the exact site of compression. Typically this condition requires surgical decompression of the nerve by an experienced nerve surgeon.
Please do not neglect these symptoms since weakness may progress and potentially become irreversible.
