I'm a right handed person. I badly want to be ambidextrous.
I recently happened to read something somewhere that trying to change zones handedness will create negative effects in one's neural networks or something like that. I can't remember what exactly I read.
But is it true? Will my efforts have any adverse effects?

Hand numbness while sleep
Both the hands feel numbness little bit up to arm during sleep. Neck pain is felt permanently on right side. After few minutes of waking up, symptoms reduce but stiffness remains in fingers. I m suffering from last 8 months on and off.

Last 15 days I am unable button my shirt,unable to write properly, unable to do fine work,tingling type of sensation etc I think is it duo to vitamin deficiency (B complex)so I have taken inj.nurokind -gold.but it is very painful also taken tablets of vitamins but irregular Now sensation on both palm is very different.

Neuro problem
Since 4 to 5 years my son is suffering from this problem. He is feeling like guidinness but not exactly guiddy but like shaky continuously. . His all reports are clear normal with MRI test. The problem is more when he concentrates like continuously bowing head down in saloon for hair cutting or in theatre movie.

Periodic headache in back
