Severe headache

For the past few months I m experiencing sudden severe headaches. It's not routine but occurs 3-4 times a month. Very low count of VitB12

Recently I am suffering from suddenn head shock. Neurologist advised for MRI and VitB12 test. Scan report was normal. VitB12 is 100. Can it be serious health issue. I have been suffering from lip drieness and very tiny bumps on lip border also for several months. Is VitB12 deficiency the reason for all these problems?
