Back and neck pain
I have neck & back pain from 5-6 yrs.i am just 23.both pain are seperate. 6 yrs ago i have right side back and hip pain.Dr. suggest its disc slip.but after tratment for 1 yr pain not fully gone now they told spina bifida occulta & go for physio.but still i have pain in right back and radiate to right leg at the end ,also some type of numbness & tingling.now i go for xray ls rspine ap & lat.rsults is SPINA BIFIDA AT S1 LEVEl. 5 yr ago i have cramp in neck & head at sleeping mostly in right side.it was heavier & i feel with hand some type of internal inflame in right neck.cramp is gone but inflame never.Dr advised for physio.but its getting worse by spending time.pain in right neck,radiating in right shoulder,hand,r uper half back,r head & mouth,some type numbness and tingling,strength weakness r hand,muscles tightness in r back head.now also headche r side.now go for mri cervical spine. result is MILD DIFFUGE ANNULAR BULGE AT C5-C6 LVEL INDENTING THECAL SAC. can its be treated

Hello...You should start with Physiotherapy (Electrotherapy+Exercise therapy+Manual therapy esp.). Usually it goes off with physiotherapy. Rare cases treated with physio as well as medication if everything fails then Surgery. Regards
