My brother has been complaining of imbalance when standing or walking. It gets worse with quick lateral movement of head and getting up quickly. When he is lying down and inactive these symptoms subside.
I've attached an x-ray of his cervical spine for reference.
Please help with the diagnosis and advisable next steps.

This is may be either due to VBI vertebral artery insufficiency. Still should consult with Neurologist once if any neurological sign checked by neurologist coz of brain issue.
Then only can differenciate problem.
