I have was diagnosed with vitamin B12 deficiency last year. I was advised methycobal shots by the doctor. In the beginning it was getting better but now I feel weak, confused and trouble talking. I take these vitamin B12 shots then for a day everything is fine but the very next day the same confusion begins. Wht to do?

Giddiness.

Last 1 month I got giddiness . doctor recommended to take MRI scan. Scan report say brain normal but cervical spine screening shows posterior disc asteophytic complex at c3 /c4 and c4-c5 levels causing anterior thecal sac indentation. Pls recommend which doctor to be consulted whether ortho or neuro.

This is MRI report. Focal dorsal left lateral disc extrusion causing ipsilateral foramen narrowing and transversing nerve root indentation at c5-c6 level Diffuse dorsal disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation at c6-7 level. Mild posterolateral marginal endplate osteophytes in c5-6&c6-7 levels.

Pain in the left hip
