Headache (Tension)
Whenever i am worried about something.It is running in background all the time.Due to this pain started in my back side of head,which is not stopping and occurring daily 4-5 hours a day.Thinking is normal process and think too much may also be general as you cant stop thinking until problem solves or you get stable state.Then how can i prevent this pain?

Perfect your posture. Good posture can help keep your muscles from tensing. When standing, hold your shoulders back and your head level. Pull in your abdomen and buttocks. When sitting, make sure your thighs are parallel to the ground and your head isn't slumped forward....
