Brain and Spine Problems

I have a severe head pain above my right eye brow for a past few days. When I touch it only it pains a lot.

I am 30 years old, I am working in cyber cafe operator since last 9 years, i have stammering problems since school times, Generally when i was 4th standard i didnt stammer, i was very much fluent in speaking, I remember my speach in school time when i was in 5th standard, after that I dont know what happen to me I started stammering and i am not able to speak in publicly or unknown person or in interview, group discussion, but in family mostly i didnt stammer mostly words, but outside i stammer in mostly words, when i see more people i became little bit depressed and my tongue and lips do not co-ordinate same way. some times words not come outside. it creates very much shame full situation in certain times, i have very much ability but due to this problem I mostly became silent in any topic because i know if i speak and i shutter peoples laugh on me. Now it is effecting my business. I can not explain my plans, schemes or other details with customers properly

I hardly sleep during daytime. But when I do, after I wake up, I feel severe head ache. Sometimes when get tired during weekend I try to sleep for 1 or two hours. Rest of my day is ruined because of headache. I don't take any medicines. Any solution ?

I have been suffering from severe headache since a week i think it might be some migrane headache am not sure but its severe that to half headache am having my exams from monday i need to revise so need a medicine for this headache as am having exams i need to get rid of this headache as soon as possible

Recently I suffered through blood clot in right side of head. my right side of head was paining. I consulted to doctor and identified that acute thrombosis of right transverse and sigmoid sinuses. in blood report identified as vitamin D deficiency (12.8 ng/ml ) , vitamin b12 is less (188.8 pg/ml), prothrombin time test-INR 16.5 sec, SGPT LTA 65 U/L,. doctor suggested me to take acitrom 2mg and eliwel 10 mg for 3 months. I took it for 1.5 months and then mistakenly stopped it for 1 month. I didn't get pain till 1 month but after a little pain started then I consulted to doctor again Now doctor has suggested to continue acitrom and eliwel for next 1 month and then do MRI scan. Is my treatment going in right direction ? What might be reason for blood clot ? will it occur again ? any food suggestions ? No one in my family tree suffered from this.

I sometimes feel numbness in my body parts..... It's mostly in my left hand finger tips, and sometimes my leg lips. I have also felt it on my left side tongue... Please advice what to do. Whom to consult

Hello Dr is there any permanent cure to migraine I am having migraine since 5-6 years when I was in sixth I was diagnosed with it but after some medication I was okay then again in 10th standard I started having regular migraine attacks in intervalI have mentioned which all medicines I take it is okay in within 15 minutes I am sensitive to light and sound when I'm having migraine.. any type of exertion cause migraine even sun is one of the factor I cannot do any exercise as I start few days I get migraine attacks and then it is okay as it is part of normal routine please tell me if there is any permanent rescue or cure of migraine

Disc problem, as per MRI Disc are ruptured and got dried. For many years facing back pain subsequently pain in left limb started, on first MRIin 2014 it is revealed problem in 2 to4 disc and second MRI done in 2015 on accidental felling on the floor. Now presently facing pain in both legs and numbness, also pain in back.

My mother, age 41, is having pain in the nerves that runs from behind the neck towards the shoulder only on the right side, the pain is severe. We have already consulted orthopedician & physiotherapist, but the pain doesn't seem to go. Should we consult a neurologist?

I am having severe on n off headache on right side of head...it spreads to my right ear also...I m having this pain since last 3-4 days.. Also I have frequent headaches...but this one is not getting over... Will you please suggest some solution.... Also which doctor I should consult.
