Hello...sleeping sickness is a disease caused for Trypanosoma brucei, but its African disease , what's the cause for sleep, either lazy or tired , or Even depressed people who don't want to talk just lie down, if she is complaining of this as problem take her to physician , as you don't know much about her history its difficult to diagnose.
