Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, I have a pattern of headache where I usually get once in a year for a period of one month. The headache is too painful in one side and mainly around the eye. one of my nostril gets blocked during the headache. The peak ache will last for 20 mins and the overall headache will last around for 1 to 2 hours and then goes away. The headache can appear suddenly any time in a day or two. During that ache time, I am unable concentrate on my work due to the pain. When I checked in internet, I knew that this headache is known as cluster headache based on the above symptoms. Is it true? Can I know whom to consult and get the treatment for the disease.

I am facing MS since 2011. Got all the primary treatments. I use AVONEX from 2012 to 2015 and now I am on TECFIDERA till now. Frequently 1 sided head pains ...constantly..it pains a lot.. sometimes eyes nd ears pains..is der any problem in my head...

I feel numbness at times at a particular spot on my back right mid portion. Its on spot around 1cmsq.

I was diagnosed with migraine. But that was once in a month i had severe headache's but now it's frequently happening. Sometimes minor sometimes horrible headache but it's daily. I work in a call centre. Night shift's. Is that the problem? I need a solution to this.

I am working as a teacher and sometimes while speaking upper part of my head starts paining very severely which makes me unable to speak. Secondly sometimes I suffer from deep pain in chest like someone is hitting a pin inside me which causes uneasiness.

When I suddenly get angry or shout or laugh a lot or excited I start feeling sick nd my head goes numb and I feel m falling down. I feel drowsy and my sight blurs. I never fainted but my head seems totally to burst off and I'm unable to react or speak for like half an hour next. If I try to my words feel like ringing inside my head and I feel dull unable to breathe proper and feel like lying down someplace. Even I have felt a small mound type on the right side of my forehead which probes when I get angry or hyper tensed. I have sinusitis but not migraine. I have referred to many doctors who end up giving painkillers or migraine tablets
