Brain and Spine Problems

I think I have PBA disorder....I am not able to control my laugh or cry ....once I start laughing or crying it's uncontrollable

My head always aches inspite of good sleep. I stoppes using headphones but no use. It still persists

Lot of pain back of head...vertical sometime.... maigreain .can't sleep whole night. Some time have to take sleeping pill

Getting severe headache sometimes half headaches and sometimes full..very severe and quite everyday.

My baby was detected with absent septum pellucidum at birth. Now he is 4.5 months old and the latest scan report shows it's still absent, but every other parts of d brain is normal. Presently his vision doesn't have any fault and he is reaching his milestones wrt age without significant effort. He did not have jaundice at birth and his blood sugar levels were perfectly fine. We haven't done any hormone tests or mri yet. I want to know if this malformation of the brain will affect him in future.

My mom had an air lock in Back. After MRI it showed there was some blockage in the veins so blood flow was not proper and due to which she was not able to move her back. After consulting at Apollo BBSR we had to do to operation. Its been 2 months since the operation , but still she is facing severe pain, Not able to walk not able to Stand as well. She is taking bed rest since the operation but the pain is not reducing infact it has been increased in the last couple of days.

My wife angry with me very small reason and start beating my kids then she say I want divorce and call her parents then she calm down and say I don't want to leave my husband and this is repeating even month from last several months I started ignore her then also she has problem and I say something then also same so please tell me what to do I have said his parents that she need treatment but they say she is ok, she wash hand every 10 minutes and don't give kids toy to play ki kharab kar dega bar bar ved sheet ko sahi karna bar bar hanger pe take kapdon ko sahi karna even when I sleep bolti hai utho bedsheets sahi karni hai so please help me after all what you're opinion??? I am waiting

My father is facing some kind of nerve pain in one of his legs after a bike fell on his leg so wanted to understand if meeting a physio/Neurologist will take care of MRI/Initial checkup and then post treatment or the process will be different?

History He has silent epilepsy by his birth . We had done the early stages test and got to know by famous Neuro physician. There were epilepsy attack for the first time which was visible few days ago. His neck was constantly moving periodically towards his left. This attack continued for an hour . Now he is stable. We consulted regional physician Dr. Sarbani rana, Neuro physician. So for now he is stable. But now I wanted to know if he is growing old and his height and weight is increasing so what is the rate of increment in his medicine should be ?

Please suggest the best neurologist in Ahmedabad. Also suggest their fees and experience in the field.
