Brain and Spine Problems

As said half of the head is solen en my headaches very badly i can feel the inner en outer strocks hard een the blood comes from the noise also when my head aches I feel very pain en burden en also alot of giddiness en weakness i cant even see properly when it starts paining also I sleep on my right head. Please suggest me something

Hi been 3 months almost, checked thyroid,hemo,other blood test, neck brain MRI B12,BP, calcium all clear fine, seen neurologists, Homeo, GP, still same. Faint while standing more than 10mins also siting without support start fainting feels head is moving round , closing eyes fainting, morning after waking up it starts, BP is fine. Suggest me what the hell it is ? Coz of that got anxiety. Help me, whom to consult in Bangalore God bless the one who will help me get out this so much tired.

The pain is all over head especially back side and also back of neck. usually in the evening. both sides of the head hurts as well

I am facing left side whole body pain. from leg to head pain is radiating. i have gone through Brain MRI with contrast and without contrast. The reports are normal and done 8 months back. now i am facing same problems left side head pain, tong left side paining, chest paining and left leg paining. MRI spine also done and reports are attached. i visited many doctors still my problem is not yet solved and worsting daily. kindly suggest me to which specialist i have to visit and tell good doctor name in Hyderabad. help me please

I am always having an headache which in turn makes me an irritated person who gets angry on everybody for small reasons.I am sick of this. It's been almost an year

Feel very uncomfortable in my left leg. Feels tension & bit stiffness and pain from tips of the toes to hip left side in left leg obly. I had started doing gym. But I am not able to do cardiovascular exercises as both calf's are getting too much stiff. I have flat feet also.
