Brain and Spine Problems

Since a month my father has been feeling pain in right side of the brain...and he went unconscious 4 times while coughing in the last 2 days...whom should I consult ? I stay in Gwalior...so new Delhi is closer to me...please care to advise as I am very concerned about my father...his age is 56...please advise me best doctor available in the country... Also should he stop taking nexito 10 as prescribed...

Hi doctor Since long I've been suffering from headache whenever I go out in sun or the temperature is too high. Summers are almost impossible for me to bear. Being a working women I face huge problems. Kindly help me with this.

Some times pain in testicles due to varicocele veins & I have undergone surgery 10 years back for this.

Having constant headache with watery eyes and severe pain in lower neck sometimes accompanies by frequent yawning. Normally after night sleep it will go however for the last few months it is prevailing for continuous two three days. Painkiller is giving only temporary relief. I work in an MNC and will be travelling often. Please advice what could be the problem and what kind of treatment is required for the same.

Hii sir i feel some pain at center of my head between two eyebrows. Its starts where nose ends and center of head stats. When i close eyes i feel some streaches . Can u plz suggest me anything

Feeling light pain in the middle portion of my scalp. Feels like someone is pulling my hair. Pain is bearable but continous.

My mother underwent tumor operation three years back...it was done in kem hospital successfully... Initially all was fine as she was walking talking and normal...but slowly and gradually her walking stopped, and last she suffered from fit. And MRI report showed scare epilepsy... Present condition: bed ridden, not able to talk, not able to eat completely on liquid diet, may be even don't recognise any body...just keeps on looking at every body...

5 days ago she got hurt from the rod, we have consult the doctors they prescribed some test and given the medicine but in vain, still that part is paining like a hell. plz help what to do ??

I've been suffering from tremors in my hands, which affects finer motor functions like typing, writing, etc. My extremities distinctly tingle with the sensation of pricks and pokes, with a feeling of stiffness pervading my very being. My sense of balance is compromised, causing me to falter whilst climbing stairs. My left eye aches frequently, with the pain seeking to emanate from inside the iris. I'm unable to tolerate heat in any situation, with summers being unbearable. I'm Constantly fatigued, even though I used to be very active. There's been a distinct lack of motivation and despondency at most times. Bending my neck forwards caused a distinct shooting sensation of pain. My teeth also seem to chatter & grind, Especially at night. Taking vitamin b complex does help at times, but there are prolonged periods where it doesn't seem to do much. Any suggestions?
