Seizures for Evaluation
Observations from the MRI of Brain & HippoCampi Multiple small cystic lesions of size 5~10 mm see in the sub-cortical locations seen in the bilateral fontal lobes, bilateral parietal lobes, right occipital lobe. All these lesions show thin walls with eccentric hyperintense speck on T2 W images. No perilesional edema noted around these lesions. One small lesion seen in the right lentiform nucleus. Some cystic lesions with eccentric speck noted in the sulcal spaces of the bilateral frontal lobes. Small calcification is seen in the white matter of right parietal lobe. No cortical dysplasia or migration anomaly. Small hyperintense signal on T2 W images seen in the body of Lt caudate nucleus with minimal mass effect on he adjacent lateral ventricle - could be a small gliosos. However, needs follow up. Bilateral thalami is normal
