Brain and Spine Problems

I have headache from last 3years,taking medicines but not cured,neck pain sometimes,most of the time feels to vomit,headache 3days a week mostly,now feeling weakness from last month ,sometimes find difficulties in breathing.

I have a headache above right ear. Since last 2-3 months it would come for max 2-5 mins and go. Day before yesterday it was for 10-15hrs i took disprin and it went. But again came back today.

One day while sleeping I used pillow which I have not been using since last 10 years after my neck surgery. After that I got constant pain in my neck and left hand, tingling pain. It on 26th of April. I have been taking Nurokind OD since last week/. My pain is reduced but still has not gone. Shall I continue taking it or see a doctor for scan.

Depressed fracture on the frontal side above the eye and bone got fractured and depressed .in future will it happens any thing to human body like eye brain and head.

My daughter had birth injury, erbs palsy in right hand.. No movement in right hand till one month old.. Now four months old she is.. Started showing little improvement, but not lifting her hand above neck... Please help us with this..

I have nervous problem for the past ten years because of maturation problem give some food suggestions to recover from nervous problem. Because I have planning to marriage within two years. So please give some tips about food to recover nervous problem.

I have tremendous head aches during summers and feel very weak at times. I have had this since child hood. I have symptoms of migraine like vomitting tendencies while I have these attacks. I also have thyroid problems, does this have anything to do with my head aches? Again, during winters it seems to vanish.

My right side of the head solen, feels giddness, seviour headache, feels as though some one is hitting my head very badly, sometimes i feel like blackout as well.

I have severe muscle soreness on my neck(the area joining the neck and the shoulder, say - end of the bottom neck ). I have had lots of physiotherapies, ultrasound and IFT, almost for 5 Months continuesly. But the pain does not reduce. And the pain increases if I strech or exercise. I have been exercising and stretching for almost 2 years but the pain does not reduce. The pain area bulges sometimes, but the doctors say, it is common as my muscles are stiff. Also I get numbness in my hand when I exercise. I have met an orthopaedician, neurologist, rheumatologist, but my pain and bulge has not reduce May I know what could this be? Can I go to gym and strengthen my muscles?

My mother had been through radiation for breast cancer,after 10days of treatment she is now suffering from constant jerks of fits which are lasting for about 5 minutes.my question is why is this happening and what are the necessary medication to be taken for this
