Brain and Spine Problems

My wife is feeling frequent dizziness, a kind of vertigo from past one week. Whom should we consult, a general physician or neurologist. Why is it happening and how can this be resolved.

Dr. My name is Bharath Chandra. I visited ur hospital to get treatment for my optic atrophy of both eyes. U prescribed me methylocobalamine injections. Initially the treatment was effective BT after 3 months my left optic nerve was sweelled. I consulted another doctor due to lack of ur appointment. He prescribed steroids. Bt I have still some blurring in my left eye doctor. Will u please give any advice??

It's been more than a month I am getting severe headaches frequently. Mostly before going to bed every night or after direct exposure to sun during daytime. These headaches affect my day to day activities. What could it be?

Over 2 yrs my son seems to hv trembling when lifting spoon or some hand acrivities. Mri etc all look ok blood tests too. Do we have gud homeo treatment for it and is it that he may become more reliant on medicine. Pls suggest

Sharp headache at temples that stays all throughout the day, Headache shifts a lot of times but mostly concebtrated near temples. i am using headache tablets since past 2 months

I m diagnosed with very low vitamin D 25.56nmo/L. I got severe chest pain in right side upto jaw and m not able to sleep in night due to chest pain. Feel tired all the time and weakness. Currently i m talking calcirol once a week but it is not affective. Kindly suggest me somegood medicine and diet.

Hello, I am 28F. I got my left ear operated in Dec (last week) and from Jan 1st week this year hv got constant muscle spasm in neck. Hv consulted general physician to pain specialist to orthopaedic to physiotherapist to rhemotologist. Nothing seem to be giving me relief.hv eaten pills like anything.All these medicines have been giving me temp relief.The pain aggravates during night time resulting in me taking pain killers at round 3-4am. I am also doing constant walks to prayanam and exercises ,but nothing seems to be working on me :( the pain goes to my head ears and forhead.the muscle seems to be bursting. All my reports like MRI, xray, blood test etc. are normal Rhemotologist suggested that this pain could be bcoz of stress n thus gave me anti-depression meds that gave me side effects like heavy dizziness.however i stopped taking them after 5 days . Please help me with the right doc to consult and exercises.Also m taking acidity med as some says it cud be coz of gastric or acidity.

I am tired with vertigo and now it's more than high time done all MRI blood test not found anything but doctor said it's vertigo, morning to evening loss of balance nausea and after driving loss of balance for an hour, eyes to ear tingling and breathing problem. It's been 3months, can any one suggest how much time will it tke to cure? I M on medication, Any home remedies? Any suggestions?

My mother having problem with unexpected falling down and going unconscious for a period of 10 to 15 mins until you feed her water. She has low BP and diabetic. She says she feels little blockage at chest and throat.. Should we consult a neurologist or any cardiology specialist??
