Hello there....., I went through your query.... There are various causes for numbness in hands and feet..... Numbness is most often caused by damage, irritation or compression of nerves....Certain diseases, such as diabetes, which can damage the longest, most sensitive nerve fiber can also cause numbness....certain vitamin deficiency like vitamin B12 deficiency also causes numbness....consult Physician for further evaluation....
