Tingle/numbness& pain toe
Tingle or numbness in the front part of calf muscle in the right leg , the numbness is felt only when touched ( no pain & no numbness felt when not touched ) . And some kind of difficulty & small pain in the first small toes of right foot . I have some difficulties with the small toes while walking especially when wearing sandals . I have small back pain too .
And I used to do a lot of sport activities & exercises . And my diet was also poor .

U r probably suffering from lumbar spondylosis...get mri lumbosacral spine
