Brain and Spine Problems

Hello, on the advice of the doctor we have done the MRI scan for my dad aged 55 and the doctor has advised for a brain surgery. I am looking for a second opinion on the same. If any neurosurgeon is available please help. I can send the MRI report online

My sister is having pain on neck and right side of the body for last 9 months. She has undergone CT scan and no major abnormilities were found except for some bulge in C1-C5. She went for further examination and later on doctor diagnosed with miniers disease and was undergoing treatment for last 6 month. Still her condition didnt improve

I am persistently suffering from piriformis syndrome for last 2 years. Currently having gabapin and undergoing recommended exercise. No improvement. Please suggest.

Hi my dad has the following symptom 1. Tongue getting thick 2. Not moving up. 3. Sometimes cannot taste the food 4. Slurring/ Lisping No problem in swallowing or chewing or walking etc Doctor has advised to get an EMG TEST done. My question is what are the chances that it is not an MND / AHC disease.

My mother is suffering from pain in lower part of left leg. At at times pain level is very high and she feels very difficulty in even walking. Some doctors say it's a nerve blockage case.

My daughter is 5 year old. Yesterday while playing she fell down from a swing and became unconscious for a minute. She fell down on her bumps into the mud. Though, she is completely fine now. No external injury. But I want to consult a doctor, as she had become unconscious for few seconds twice at the age of 2. Both the time, she fell unconscious by hurting her finger while playing. That time, we had consulted a paediatric and he suggested nothing is serious it's just due to deficiency of iron. He prescribed iron syrup and we continued it for a year. For last 3 years, she never become unconscious except yesterday. So please tell me should we consult a neurologist to discuss the issue or again consult a paediatric. I M SUFFER FROM VERTIGO AGO 4 MONTHS. I AM CHANGE THE MOMENT SO THE FOR 3-4 SEC VERTIGO & DIZZINESS CREATED.I M TAKE INJECTION OF VITCOFOL,NEUROBIAN FORTE,STMETILE,VERIN 16, SUGGESTED BY FAMILY PHYSCIAN BUT I HAVE BEEN NOT YET RELIEF HIGHER VERTIGO CREATED IN MORNING & I AM NOT STANDING PROPERLY MY AGE IS 20 YEARS ÇT SCAN NORMAL

MRI scan for spine and identified as diffuse bulging of intervertebral Disc noted c4 c5 level causing mild compression Of dural sac. And Intervertebral Discs Space appears mildly hypo intense for lumber spine. Rest everything is normal. I want to know reason behind lower back pain. It pains heavily while sitting.. I have consulted neurology doctors and they told me to do excersize. I'm getting temporary relief after excersize but not permanent. I'm doing excersize from last 3 months regularly. Will only excersize is enough to cure me?? I had vitamin d deficiency and taking medicine for same.. Will vitamin d deficiency causes back pain?? I'm really sacred... Plz help me.

My dad is a perkinson patient for last 5-6 years. Recently his tremors has increased severely and he is not able to take food by himself. Also he is not getting enough strength to walk or stand properly. Please let me know what I should do.
