Headache, weakness
Feeling headache , it will increase as day goes by. Feeling weak, stress & tension. Sometimes hand & leg becomes cold and sweating happens sometime. Difficult to concentrate, sometimes blurred vision, few times body shook suddenly while about to fall sleep.

Hello there... I understand your concern about your health condition and I appreciate that...there are many reasons for headache it may be due to tension headaches, increased blood pressures, migraine, cluster headache, refractive errors, meningitis,sinusitis, referred pain from somewhere else... So detailed history and examination with relevant investigations is necessary... Kindly consult nearest neurologist they will do the need
