hello, i went through your query, working in factory for 2yrs and now changing job could hinder your concentration and memory. here what you have to do, consume healthy diet, diet containing omega-3 fatty acid will help. The most effective omega-3 fats occur naturally in oily fish as EPA and DHA. Good sources include linseed (flaxseed) oil, soya bean oil, pumpkin seeds, walnut oil and soya beans. They are good for healthy brain function, the heart, joints and general wellbeing. other food like almond, , watermelon, bluberries will help. avoid smoking and drinking or chewing tobacco,if any. meditation for 15 min morning and evening will help. daily 20 min exercise or jogging, good night sleep will help to improve concentration .
