Concentration and memory issues!
Recently I have been facing a lot of memory related issues. I keep forgetting the simplest thing and names of most of the people I meet and hangout with. When I sit for studying I am on the table for over 8-9 hours but would have learnt for a max of 10 to 15 minutes top and at the end of the day I can't even remember that. This situation has caused me  gap in my education now the situation is getting even bad. And I am even facing problems to spell thing right. So is there a solution to all this issues ?

First of all stop taking stress , since stress is a number 1 cause for forgetting things even the simplest ones..since I can only assume that you are studying for 8 10 hours that means ur stressed either due to exams or something else and which is what is causing these issues ... Take a break from your schedule and meditate for at least 10 min in the morning when u wake up and go for at least 20 to 30 min of workout you shall start seeing the chnages.
