Brain and Spine Problems

I have migraine since many years. I get stabbing pain mostly in sunlight and due to stress. I think all the time about so many things. And the pain has gotten so worse that I can't even tough my hairs due to sensitivity on my scalp. When I stand in front of mirror I can't see myself clearly until I focus for a minute or two. My left eye number is 0.5 and right eye number is .25 which isn't so bad but I still can't read even the big letters from a small distance unless I focus for sometime. So I need to know is it something because of my headaches that I am starting to see everything blurred or is it just my eye sight problem.

From last 4 months i am suffering from lower back pain .most of the times i feel a nerve is stucked between bones or spine. Also simultaneously i get severe neck pain on the back of my neck. Got xray and consulted neurologist too. But no improvement. Till now the doctor is not able to identify where and what is causing the pain in these 2 areas.

I am going through L.S problem form 2 years. already been treated for it. doctor is saying nerve is been compressed on left side of body. i am vry much in tension. it pains a lot. my ankle swells everytime. i cant walk much. i cant sleep with my left body touching on bed

Hello. I usually have an intense headache after I play cricket. I'm playing again after 4 yrs. After the practice session I feel a huge pain in my temple and above the eyes which leads to disorientation and vomiting. Kindly suggest ways in which I could avoid this. Is it due to dehydration?

I have headache since a week. It start and continue until I take painkiller Nise once a day . I have no history of headache not even in my family. Please advise cure.

My wife has a mild swelling in left hip below abdomen & MRI revelead no major issues except mild inflammation of nerves. She finds it difficult to sit with legs folded for more than 15 mins at a stretch. Now she has a similar discomfort in her wrist and we need investigate cause of nerve pain since last 4 years.

Pain in right shoulder joint(from one year) . And Pain from right neck and it continues to last two fingers of the right hand and Pain in upper right back below the big bone(from the past six months). Took medicines nearly 6 months as prescribed by orthopedic and recently consulting neurologist and taking medicines as he prescribed. Still suffering and effecting both my professional and personal life. Please advise. (I am a working professional and sits in front of the computer nearly 8 hours a day with breaks.) please advise the treatment. Will the physiotherapy cure my problem?
