Severe pain-back of head

Head injury
Hi Doctor; I was hit on the middle of my head by a iron object a month ago. After that i am feeling headache all the time . I went to a GP and he advised for CT scan and some painkiller. CT was normal. But still i have headache , heaviness; and also i have stiffed nose and pressure around it.
