Brain and Spine Problems

My right hand is paining since 10 years. Usually if I take weight I used to get more pain . but now I have continues pain from my neck till the tip of right hand.

I met with an accident approx 7-8 months back ..I still have swelling where I got stitches and it's pain suddenly (impulsive pain) and I still suffer from dizziness... And vomiting, and a little bit affect to my memory also...I don't use to remember the things as I used to remember earlier.

Sir/madam My father-in-law is suffer from BP up and down since 3 months , and also from vomitting and motions, they showed to a neurologist, he said it is the symptoms of Parkinson disease pl. Help me in this regard whether he is really having PD or not. Kumar Hyderabad

Hedache from last 1 n half yr. Should i go to neurologist or routine check up. N pls suggest some doctors.

He is a patient of siezure since 2002, he sees something ( sort of light particle) coming closer to him, he will have consciousness that time. these episodes last from 30 seconds to 2-3 minutes. Most of the siezures in last 14 yrs were of 30-60 sec with consciousness, and 3 - 4 episodes where he lost consciousness. He is having combination of sodium valporate and valporic acid (300 mg) for last five years. he is now 24 years old. recently , he had two siezures on two consecutive days(first for 2.5 minutes where he was conscious, second when he was sleeping and nobody was at home, in second episode his hands and legs were stiffened as far as he remembers) and doctor increased the dosed from 600 mg to 1000 mg daily. he had put on 10 kg weight in last one year. I wanted to clarify some doubts 1. When should be the time to increase the dose? 2. What are the precautions to follow strictly? 3. What would be the reason of recent siezures while he was alreadyon medication?

I have headache neck & back bone pain from 1 week i cant control that headache please tell any medicine or something, please help me,

I met with accident, and suffered wip lash to my neck.After 8 days I felt tingling in my right hand. I have MRI report( plz check attached file). What majors should I take? should I go for physiotherapy? I am on medication will that suffice for cure.

Severe chest pain on regular basis. After every day or two. No relief even after taking a pain killer. And problem of severe headache.
