I have been experiencing frequent pain on the left side of my forehead recently which eventually spread to my left eye, i have tried applying balms like tiger balm, apart from getting a slight relief, it doesn't help to eradicate the pain. Please help me. What is this?

Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well.....
Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on......Consult Neurologist.....
