Brain and Spine Problems

My dad`s brain tumor surgery done in 2010 & again in nov 2015. now recent MRI shown again tumor. It`s cancer type tumor but now what we can do. as already two operation done. I consult with our previous neurosurgeon Doctor regarding this they told that third operation is not possible in this stage. They advice us for Radiation treatment. Also they told us that Radiation is not as useful in this case. So I consult with Radiologist for the same, they told me, we can do this but we are not assure that after this treatment Tumor will not growth. As one 7cm tumor is in left lateral ventricle with mid line shift of 6mm towards right side & other 3cm tumor in his small brain also. We can not remove tumor by Radiation. We can just kill those cells which is attached outside the tumor. So Please suggest me for this case.

I had spondylisis at age of 17 now m 22 and i have heavy pain in my shoulder back and head back side badly there is swelling as well in my neck back side and my all back bones paining my mid back is also pain while siting

I am pursuing job in defence and  last 8 months I had lower back pain and continue tingling in my left leg therefore I consult doctor and he suggested me to about MRI. And MRI impression is Posterior and left paracentral herniated of L5 - S1 intervertebral disc causing mild compression over left exiting nerve root (more on left side) and left traversing nerve root in nerve root.

Fequent headaches occur , unknown reason. Trying to find a good doctor in oder to get the problem diagonised

I have headches frequently which get worst during stress. I had a head injury near my left eyebrow and had to get stitches.. I fell so hard on bathroom the Indian bathroom hit my head hard cutting it.. No scans were done then. Another issue is I have swelling in my foot during evening. Loss of appetite, weight loss and tiredness while walking upstairs. I also feel fatigue if I sweat too much

Hello doctor, my age is 28 years and m suffering with a genetic disease SMA ( spinal muscular atrophy). In this problem there is gene called SMN 1 which is responsible for producing protein in the body is either absence or partially defected, which result in wasting of muscles. I want to start amino acid diet L-glutamine powderr and creatine powder, please suggest me the quantity. My weight is 20

Had stroke couple of years back, and recently had convergence MRI report shows only past stroke images her speech is getting rolled and left side is very weak

Right side in the body is semi paralysed, right hand and leg is not work properly, present time he suffering from asthma, he dont eat food, every bite he vomiting. Pls help me and give me suggestion .

I m suffering from severe ear pain due to that i m feeling pain in never left part i.e eyes, teeth etc. Which specialist i need to go to ent r neurologist because I consulted so many doc no one suggesting proper so i m seeking ur advice thanks in advance.
