Nerves get numb
I am having this problem in my right hand. The bone in the fist pains and the every morning I wake up to the immense numbness in my right palm affecting the thumb and othet two fingers. Last 2 fingers are fine. This happens every morning unless hand is kept in a downward direction.

The thumb and adjoining two fingers are commonly distributed by radial nerve. So,the sense of numbness may be due to any nerve injury. Consult any consultant physician urgently as other possibilities also remain alarmingly.
