Brain and Spine Problems

I am having back pain from past few days..with pain coming down to thigh and foot. And irritation at the back Two days back my doctor have prescibed me these medicines. He is out of town. And i am not able to get in touch with him. Can anyone help me to know how many times i have to take these medicines in a day ?

Parkinsonism.tremor in right hand,stiffness in hands and limbs.gaite problem in walking.balance problem-and tendency to fall backward

In the morning head start little pain for 3-4 hours then it be all right for the last one year

I was sufferring with low back pain since 15 days and day by day pain is increasing and causing up to knee feeling like pain through veins with symptoms like pulse. I could not able to walk properly and also cant sleep properly. When i diagnosed by a specialist, they just prescribed pain killers and gastic tablets and if the still continues, need to go through MRI SCan. Not sure how they treating for this much of sever pain and they just suggesting pain killers. after they reviewed X-ray, they told one of the vien is touching spine and causing pain...
