Brain and Spine Problems

My wife has severe pain at a particular point in upper left side of back 2 inch side of back bone. Also now she is feeling weakness. I am confused whom to vsit.

Sir, for last one year i am suffering from imbalance while walking (floating sensation). MRI brain and cervical spine :-normal.15 days no problem;another 15 days feeling imbalance problem; no headache; no blurring vission;no hearing problem; no Bp ; no diabetic. Started problem with spinning sensation while getting up from bed; Converted into imbalance problem. Consulted ENT doctor, he ruled from BPPV , Consulted 3 to 4 neurophysians , they suggested me some medicine but no use. Nobody diagnosing my problem. One neurophysician diagnosed as anxiety problem.I don't know what to do. PLEASE PLEASE sugest me . I am very greatful to you.

When I travel by car n sit in a/c or back side of the car seat I feel like vomiting and when I go to any shop and see things continously I feel giddiness n vomiting sensation.

My 05 year old daughter is having delayed growth means he is mentally good having good memory , but she is slow in walking , talking and playing compared to her age children . She is going to school studying UKG , she is slow in writing at class room we showed it to some doctor they are suspecting " glutaric aciduria" , where do we get best treatment for this , is it curable , what are test/diagnosis needs to be done , what is the cost involved . Mainly what are the sequence of process to be followed to get treatment for " glutaric aciduria"

A week back I had a severe pain in my lower back. I consulted an Orthopaedist and was advised Vitamin D test and MRI. My Vitamin level is in the Insufficiency range(13.7 ng/ml). Also in the MRI it was identified that, "A right paracentral disc extrusion at L1-2 level causing moderate anterior right lateral thecal compression, obliteration of right lateral recess with probable nerve root compression.". The doctor has given me medicines including Vitamin D, Calcium, Omega 3 and Neugaba M 75. He has also stated that I need to undergo a surgery (involving a team of Doctor's including Neuro Sergeons) where the extrusion would be removed from my spine. Since this is a very major surgery (and costly too), I wish to take a second opinion that can this be avoided and if yes what is the alternate remedy?
