Brain and Spine Problems

I was travelling in the train one evening, it was crowded I had no place to sit so I was standing talking to a friend. while talking my head started spinning, I wanted to sit but I couldn't, so I controlled, my dizziness reached to such a level where I fell down, one lady got me up, offered me some water... it didn't really make a difference. as soon as I got off the train, everything around me was negative, like my vision had become negative, my ears blocked, my couldn't feel my body. This has happened to me before also, but I have never fainted unlike yesterday. and its not that I hadn't eaten, I did eat, eaten well. I could never figure out the cause of this. I am a little over weight, I am 63Kgs whereas according to my height I should be 50-55

I have a little headache .. I mean it happens for a moment n then M okay .. After few seconds happened in other part of head ... Pain is not much but it's disturbing ... It feels like it's roaming in entire brain ... Sometimes here some times there ..

I m little bit confuse , with which doctor should i go for, i have a backache problem since last 5-7 years , i already treated by physiotherapist but no relief .....

My 16 year old son i having headache. And many times he use to say that he is having blackouts and weakness. We are feeding him properly. He seems afraid of goign school. He is having good rank in class. He says that he is scared cz he can not understand anything in class now.

Continuous dizziness in head throughout the day sometimes & feeling suffocated at night at sometimes

I have a frequent migraine problem especially during office hours. Pls advise a better way to get rid of it instead of having medicine.

Hello I am 12th science student from Mumbai India...I am facing difficulties in remembering learnt things...I forgot many learnt things including the formulas of mathematics many concepts in physics chemistry...I learnt same thing many times revised many times...but I forgot ..what should I do to improve my memory??

I am feeling a sensation in the hands and legs. one hand and one leg cold. it is not daily, weekly thrice it happens it stays for few hours and goes off. i feel like hands and fingers will struct , but i am able to move my hands and fingers . I am worried please suggest.

Hello doctor, I have severe neck pain, almost everyday, increases when m stressed. From past 15 days my neck pain is accompanied with pain in my shoulders and upper back, frequent tingling sensation on my shoulder line, also pain in my right hand, a kind of radiating pain. How serious is this problem. I haven't consulted any doctor, should I consult an ortho or neuro.To add on I am suffering from migraine for more than a year now. Migraine is always accompanied with severe pain in my left eye. A kind of pricking sensation. Is it a cluster headache? I completed a 3 months medication course for migraine. Kindly advice.

My father has been suffering from eyes pain, head ache and fever from more than a month. He has suger and using suger tablets. Could you please suggest which specialist doctor to consult.
