Brain and Spine Problems

My mom used to work as farmer. From one year, she is not doing agriculture work. She has gone through mri scan ( whole spine, lumber spine). I have attached mri report. Findings of the report: 1. Dessicatory disc,diffuse posterior disc bulge, disc osteophyte complex with central disc extrusion noted at L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels causing indentation on thecal sac , moderate to severe lateral narrowing and encroachment on to bilateral neural foramania with central spinal canal narrowing at L4-L5 (5.5MM),L5-S1(6.2MM). 2.) Dessicatory disc, diffuse posterior disc bulge, disc osteophyte complex at L3-L4 level causing indentation on thecal sac, bilateral mild lateral recess narrowing and impinging on traversing nerve roots with central spinal canal narrowing (8.8mm). I don't know whom ( spine surgeon or neuro surgeon or neuro physician) ) to consult.

I have this problem since childhood that when someone touches the left temple area just above the left ear or pressing at the back of the neck, i get an awkward feeling at the back and my whole torso shakes involuntarily. What might be the problem.?

My son is having pain at the back side of his head and he even cries. This happen only sometimes and all of a sudden. Normally he is fine and does all well. when he was 7 - 8 months, I observed a small ganth/lump at the back side of his head and told about this to our Doctor, but he said it is normal and it will disappear in some days. But it is still there. My child does not like and does not want us to touch at the back side of his head. Is the pain related to this ganth/lump. What must I do? Please guide me. Thanks.

I have pain in right shoulder when i turn my head leftwards and stretch it . Also i have pain when i put my head on an elevated pillow. Sometimes the pain comes during some postures. Please help me if this problem is related to bone / muscle or nerves?

Constantly having pain in back & giddyness. Not able to walk at all due to giddyness. Problem with headache too. She is a working women. She stitches women clothes at home since 12-15 years.

While urinating & when done I am facing pain & sensation which is persistent for something around 5 minutes & after that it is normal. I started facing it yesterday!! There is no sign of blood or any other thing & also I haven't been in any type of medication.

Whenever i stand for sometime i feel like i am bending one side.if start walk i feel ok.i feel mild vertigo type.i get nervous when this happen plz help

My Son Slipped from a bike and he had Head injury at back He is unable to recall current happening.He is not recalling how accident happened .We have told 10-11 times , even though he is asking again

I have migraine .I have tried some medicines like cipla and sebilium as advised by my doctor but still this is not completely working as my pain triggers in light .. Wat should I do ?

For the past one week I am having tingling feeling in my hands and feet. Is it because i have sensitive nerves?. I have had a full precautionary treatment for leprosy when i was about 10. Is there any other reason besides leprosy..as i do not have any skin sores.
