Brain and Spine Problems

I have numbness in come during one position in entire body, feeling head is heavy . I do have back pain and neck pain which occurs some time , I can not stand for long duration with my backpack. It creates lower back pain

Sometimes Feel like my tongue is heavy and speech is slurred. Have checked for stroke of any kind but it has come out negative. Sometimes feel distraught and restless as well. Was initially diagnosed as having sleep apnea but have been using a CPAP now and sleep has improved to normal levels. Sometimes feel weakness in muscles especially the thigh and calf muscles. Also have lower back pain and MRI shows a bulging disc causing nerve's to be crushed . Would like to have a answer on why the tongue is heavy sometimes

My father got brain stroke and now his right side completely paralyzed and his speech also gone. i want to ask you what treatment have need to give him so he can atleast stand on his own feets and understand what he doing.
