Brain and Spine Problems

I have been suffering from severe headache and restlessness from almost 2 months now. The pain starts behind the eyes and then circulated all over head. It's also causing restlessness where my hands will be trembling sometimes. Not able to concentrate for long. And more importantly now a day's I have developed short term memory which is not only embrassing but very scary !! I did an MRI some 6 months back with no major findings and everything was fine. Also I had my eye check up done some 6 months back with absolutely no issues. Very confused as to which doctor I should approach. Not able to bear this pain from last 2-3 days. Please advise

My wife is having neck pain for last few months we have consulted many doctors. MRI report reveals Small focal central disc protrusion at the C4-C5, C5-C6, and C6-C7 levels causing indentation over the ventral subarachnoid space. Advice cilincal correlation Whn medicines and physiotherapy where taken she had bit relief and again after few days she has pains. Kindly advice some treatment or medicine.

Hi. I have headaches. I visited a neurologist he said I have migraine. I am taking medicines from last 5 years. My condition has improved by 50 %. Now I have headaches to a less extent, Once or twice a month. But I have vomiting problem. It's not a digestion problem. But I think it is a neurological problem. Comparing to other people, when a person has to give a speech or present in front of many people or when he has to go on stage and perform something or say something he feels like an urge to urinate. But in my case I vomit When I have to go on stage, give an examination, give speech in front of many people, perform something in front of people my saliva reduces and my mouth becomes dry and I vomit. If I haven't ate anything before still some liquid Will come out of my stomach. I had tried many times to control vomit but I failed Everytime. Please help me....!!!!

For the past 3 days i feel my arms are weak. At times i get a jerk in my hand and leg muscles.. I also have a feeling that my hands are shivering. I am also getting cramps in my thighs.. What could be the problem and whom to contact?

Hey Doc, Since last Saturday I've been experiencing pain at the back of my head.I visited a general physician on Monday who checked my fever (101°) n concluded d pain is bec of viral fever. Medicines prescribed on Monday: Aceproxyvon Hustafree The pain at back of head is a pricking pain which escalates in the moring...sometimes estending to back of ear and hurting on both sides.This makes it difficult to eat as movement of jaw or any locomotive movement of head hurts. I did a CBC ESR test with platelet count 1.51 lk/cm..& ESR as 25 Doc rechecked on Wed..fever was still high(99.5°).Medicines advised Aceproxyvon Crudsef-l I did a repeat platelet count today..it is 1.13 lk/cmm Requesting advise on d next course of action& probable cause. PS: The pain is really antagonizing. Also pain drops after 3-4 hrs of intake of medicine...body temp is also stable then(98.5°)

Last saturday my child have high fever in the morning. I took her to doctor. on the way fever attack on her mind and she got stroke like unconsious. Then i admitted her to hospital. Now she is fine. earlier she has two stroke with fever in age of 1 year and 2 year. In second stroke i did EEG of my child. And report was normal. Dr.Why it is happening again and again.

Since last 9 months i am not able to retain and not able to recall anything quickly...i am feeling that i am forgetting my nearest friends' name who are even today spending their time with me... I am not able to retain the daily works in my memories that i do today

I am suffering from epilepsy and using encorate chrono 500(2) . What shall I do to cure this disease. Also I am gaining weight and have hairfall.

We were laughing hard on an incident which happened at home and suddenly, my husband's hands were shaking and he did not respond for a few seconds. This was for a few seconds not even a minute. After that he was normal but was not able to recollect what just happened to him. This happened at around 4 pm on 7/08/16. That night may be after 3am, there was an incident where he passed a little urine without his notice. Please let me know if there is anything you can suggest me on this. Who should I consult for this problem. Is there anything serious behind this ?
