Brain and Spine Problems

Am unable to sleep during night time for more than 1 months...even if I feel sleepy, goes off to bed but my mind keep thinking something, partial sleeping...I am aware of what going on in my surroundings but I don't open my eyes, try hard to fall asleep but am not able to...I had consult a doctor, he gave me 10mg tryptomer tablet, which is a Anti depressants but it not helping me...when I take this pill , I feel sleepy, but when am on bed again something keep going in my brain & am unable to sleep, plz suggest something..

Blood carrying Nerve to brain is blocked. Symptoms - blurred vision, severe head ache, slurred speech, mild unconsciousness. Is surgery required ?

My father is suffering from Parkinson's since 1 year and he is on syndopa tablet. He is taking half tablet four times daily but not improved. Is Parkinsons curable OR is there homeopathic medicine for Parkinsons which cures permanently.

My wife very frequently(almost daily) gets severe head ache and becomes unconscious sometimes and even though she travels in the same route daily sometimes she can't remember where she's, recognizes me by seeing the wallpaper on her mobile and then she becomes normal. A few months earlier due to severe head ache doctor had advised for ct scan and the reports are normal, for second opinion we've consulted another doctor and he also said that reports are normal, i can't see her in this condition, but unable to find the issue, help me to find it.
