Brain and Spine Problems

I was detected 4 months ago, no major problems now but i need help to understand how would i know my next attack, as no major problem during first apart from numbness, tingling and fatigue. Right now Avonex once a week. I also need recommendation of neurologist and physiotherapist so that i can improve my lifestyle and maintain healthy living without next attack. Right now i'm experiencing mind tingling and numbness above tummy area, consulted my neurologist who gave me Maxgalin for 4 weeks.

I am suffering From migraine since 6 to 7 yrs. I am aware of my triggers but what is the solution to make it come to end??? What is the root cause of migraine pain??? Why does it happen???

When i was 6 yeas old i have minor head injury. so from that time i am suffering from headache but from last 8 year i have early morning heaviness in my head after 4 am. i did all medical test like CT scan, MRI scan, EEG, ALL BLOOD TEST, EYE CHECK UP but no dieases was found. i took so many medicines after consulting many doctors like neurologist. they said im suffering from migraine so they give me migraine medicine but my problem is increased day by day instead of decrease but after sometime i consult ayurvedic doctor he said there is blood clotting in your brain since head injury. he gave me medicine now im feeling better little bit but early morning is same . After wake up when i take something like tea my headache decreased little bit... now please advice me what should i do to recover from this problem....

My brain vein on right side of ear is pulsating. Is that any serious problem... Doctor please help me...
