Brain and Spine Problems

Hi have this facial twitch from last week in right cheek bone below eye, it is intermittent and mostly occurs when I lay down for sleep After doing gym I guess I developed this. Can someone suggest doctor in bangalore, I have booked an appointment with Dr satish rudruppa, neurosurgeon . Also, is this curable by chiropractic or physiotherapy or medicine, not botox .

Iam having headache.mostly when i rotate my neck or when facing downwards there will be high pain.it started four days before.I dont have any cold or cough like that.First i thpught it was a problem of using a local branded headset but after stopping that also,it continues.

I have experiencing dizziness with slight head ache on my left temple since tuesday evening. Had a consultation with a general physician wherein i was given medication and advised to consult a Neuro specialist if the condition persists. I have taken couple of dosage of the prescribed medicine but no improvement. Can this be a migraine associated with vertigo ? I had never had any clinical conditions before and also had my first root canal done a couple of weeks back. Thank you for your suggestion in advance

I underwent PET CT Scan and fouund hypometabolism in.left parieto temporal region and preserved metabolism in basal ganglia and thalamai...please explain me what is this and is it totally curable. .please i am so much depressed. ..please reply

Any solution for migraine pain without medican?? I cant take medican bcz i am taking fertilty medican.

My Mother is suffering from this problem since more than a year now. She has excruciating pain in her upper right thigh and sever burning and tingling sensation in leg below knee part. Please refer a doctor who can get this cured for her.
