Brain and Spine Problems

Two months back I was not feeling well and had a stressful phase for 2 to 3 weeks both personally and professionally Even after the stressful phase was over, I was not feeling good. I went to a doctor and he found that I have high blood pressure (170/110). After taking medication it came down to 130/90. After this I do feel a lot better but I couldn't get rid of neck pain and having a weird feeling on my head. Had goosebumps feeling in my head (alone) thrice in a span of 3 weeks. This feeling would last for few minutes. It will start from the bottom of the head and it will be felt all over the head in few mins. After this I would be left with a weird feeling on my head like wearing a hat. 24 / 7 I have some kind of tension but it doesn't pain. I could relate this to a feeling I used to get after playing outdoor games continuously for few hours. But it used to go off in few minutes if I take some rest. Please help me to understand the things I am going through in my head.

My brother is suffering from swelling in his head from last Tuesday. He is in icu from Friday night he has gone through MRI(3 times) and CT scan. Today his swelling is more than earlier according to MRI report. Doctor suggested for operation. He is in jaipur. And some how he has lost his 10% memory and he is unable to see everything clearly. Need to know what action we should take as condition is getting critical day by day. Thanking you.

My bro has undergone acl operation... Now he is doing knee strengthening exercises... Prob is when he does it every time it pains... Aft he bend he don't get strength to straighten ,it pains.. When he straighten its very difficult to bend.. How much time is required to become normal aft operation.. Food suggestions for muscle build up in thighs as leg became very thin...

I was travelling in the train one evening, it was crowded I had no place to sit so I was standing talking to a friend. while talking my head started spinning, I wanted to sit but I couldn't, so I controlled, my dizziness reached to such a level where I fell down, one lady got me up, offered me some water... it didn't really make a difference. as soon as I got off the train, everything around me was negative, like my vision had become negative, my ears blocked, my couldn't feel my body. This has happened to me before also, but I have never fainted unlike yesterday. and its not that I hadn't eaten, I did eat, eaten well. I could never figure out the cause of this. I am a little over weight, I am 63Kgs whereas according to my height I should be 50-55

I have a little headache .. I mean it happens for a moment n then M okay .. After few seconds happened in other part of head ... Pain is not much but it's disturbing ... It feels like it's roaming in entire brain ... Sometimes here some times there ..

I m little bit confuse , with which doctor should i go for, i have a backache problem since last 5-7 years , i already treated by physiotherapist but no relief .....

My 16 year old son i having headache. And many times he use to say that he is having blackouts and weakness. We are feeding him properly. He seems afraid of goign school. He is having good rank in class. He says that he is scared cz he can not understand anything in class now.
