Brain and Spine Problems

My father has tilting (unbalanced)problem from 7 years ... He can't walk properly with out support.He has a problem of lower blood circulation in cerebrum . But some doctor said he has disc bulges in cervical spine so he is not walking properly if we can operate him in cervical spine then he can attain normal position and he can do his works without any support.we are a bit confused of this merge talks about what to do for my father's position.please give me right suggestion.

From last few months I am feeling pain in the backside of my head some times in neck area also. After some time the pain start moving in my head. Secondly I always feel sleepy even after sleeping for hours After getting up I feel tired and Sleepy. Tiredness is always there Tell me wat to do.

I have swelling on the head and doctor recommend to keep ice but it doesnt work and know my head nad nerves are paining and i have a back problem as my back always pains when i sit for long time.

Hi Dr. I have a mild but continues 24 hr headache from last 5 days. Area is mostly forehead or whole head and jaw lines also. Due to this it's difficult fall asleep. During this I find myself sensitive to light and sound also. Eyes also get little red sometimes and I also feel heat inside my nostril sometimes while breathing. I had disprin thrice. But relief lasts jus for few hrs. Pls suggest.

I get a severe headache on my left side with the pain stretching to jaw line, left shoulder, left eyes,n left hand...only sleep helps.I have spects but the number has not changed recently.

From the last few days I have feel one side of my face week, sometime I have also face headache,unconsciousness but not permanent and not daily basis . I have also double vision problem. and other body part working properly , so what can i do ?

I had a sevior migraine medical history years back, suffering since childhood with this. After visiting a Dr at my hometown I was almost cured and migraine was so much in control for last few yrs. Now suddenly I started feeling the same migraine problem for 2-3 weeks and it unbearabl. Please suggest if you can help.

Basically I suffer in cold from Childhood, now a day I am facing problem from headache, when I got stresses, headache occurred, i have myopia. The Major problem is, my fingers automatically shake, I think it comes from anxiety. What is the name of this deasese? Some days ago, I vomited several times in a day. But i didn't vomit since last 5 years, suddenly it happened, i got afraid. So my question is what is the name of the disease, some times when my fingers automatically shake, it's a awkward situation when i hold a cup of tea, and I can't hold it up. Is this disease curable?

Dear sir, I have got high blood pressure and blood sugar from past two days and unable to maintain body balance. Need to know which medicine would be more suitable compared to amryl as I believe this is not affecting. However arkamin 0.1 and met xl 25 have been added by family doctor.

I am suffering from anxiety and depression from 4 months. i feel noone understands me and feel like i can't control my emotions. i don't have a job and i avoid going out at public places. I take vit b12 (1000mcg/day) and folic acid (800 mcg/day) supplements that helps alleviate my mood/depression, but it doesnt help in controlling anxiety. What should i do?
