Multipal areas of hemorrhagic contusion are noted in the bilateral cerebral hemisphere(L>R) and left lentiform nucleus.
acute SDH is noted overlying the convexity of left cerebral hemisphere,measuring 70mm x 6.5mm in size. midline shift of about 6.5 mm is noted towards right side.
Sub-arachnoid hemorrhage is noted in the cortical sulci of left cerebral hemisphere and left sylvian fissure is noted.
third and lateral ventricles appear normal.
