HEAD INJURY(acute SDH)
Multipal areas of hemorrhagic contusion are noted in the bilateral cerebral hemisphere(L>R) and left lentiform nucleus. acute SDH is noted overlying the convexity of left cerebral hemisphere,measuring 70mm x 6.5mm in size. midline shift of about 6.5 mm is noted towards right side. Sub-arachnoid hemorrhage is noted in the cortical sulci of left cerebral hemisphere and left sylvian fissure is noted. third and lateral ventricles appear normal.

looks like very severe head injury. keep under close watch in ICU setup......might need surgery too
