Hello. Your Mother is suffering from CSF rhinorrhoea. Unless medical or surgical contraindications exist, surgical repair is recommended in all patients with spontaneous or iatrogenic cerebropsinal fluid (CSF) rhinorrhea in order to prevent ascending meningitis. So do as ENT surgeon suggests. Homoeopathic medicines can help after the procedure for early recovery and relief from post surgical pains. Regards
