Hi ... i came from gym. and i felt pain in behind neck was not able to move at all. i met a physio in laxminagar. he did some elctrotherepy. and apllied ice for a afew days and told me to do some excercise. he said its postural disfuction due to froword head posture. it has been more that 2 months and still feel the swelling behind the neck. when i workout easy exercises pain starts. not able to understand what to do?

Hello...... It's better to get x ray and MRI of spine for assurance.. Because spine is delicate part.. Whenever you are doing gymnasium like weight lifting you should be careful.. Don't workout since its painful.. Let swelling subside.No normal swelling contines for 2 months. Consult orthopedic surgeon.
