Will taking medicine 'Prothiaden 25 mg' for more than 3 month will damage our brain permanently? I have TMJ issue with muscular pain. Can I take above medicine, or it is not safe?

There is no evidence of permanent brain damage in the small doses for short period of time. Consult your physician to get your medication reviewed.
