I am pregnant.
I am taking eptoin er 300 mg for controlling my seizures,and I can't skip this medicine anyhow.
I want to ask that will it effect my pregnancy or any complication on it. Please consult me

Dear User,
Any Anti-seizure medication can have some problem in the baby. And that range of complications is different with different medicine. There are also better medicine which have less complications than Eptoin. But if u are beyond the first trimester then i will prefer to continue the same medicine. Otherwise will change to Medicine like Levetiracetam or Lamotrigine.
