Persistent headache
Hi,
I m 31 yr old, from past 7-10 days I m facing constant headache, mild but constant...when I step out in sun or stay hungry for some time it shoots up..
I m not able to understand what could be reason for the same...is there any test I could do to figure out details of the same..

Hello there... I understand your concern about your health condition and I appreciate that...there are many reasons for headache it may be due to increased blood pressures, migraine, cluster headache, refractive errors, meningitis,sinusitis,increased intracranial pressure, reffered pain from somewhere else... So detailed history and examination with relevant investigations is necessary... Kindly consult nearest neuro physician they will do the needful.

Probably dehydration.Take plenty of fluids,and relax.Check for blood sugar levels and hemoglobin.
