Brain and Spine Problems

My mom is suffering from back pain due to severe back pain due to a hairline fracture on the spine years ago. She is unable to walk and is taking pain killers. What can we do to help her recover faster with minimal pain. My mother hates going to hospitals.

I had a spine injury(C4,C5 and C6) in 2009, had quadraplesis. I was operated at Indian Spinal Injury Center, Delhi for that. That time I was 19 years old and recovered with the help of physiotherapy that continued for 1 year. It was going all well except that I am not able to utilize my triceps anymore. Past week, I had a situation where I had to carry heavy weight on the shoulder, after that I had sprained my neck , but that went off after taking a rest. From past 2 days, I am having pain in my back and Sacral region. I also faced slight dumbness in my fingers. What should I do for now?

I'm taking some tablets related to insomnia,depression,anxiety etc..I want to take a whole body check up to know about and clear my confusions..I wanted to check weather I'm suffering from body or mentally..is there any test which clear body related all issues .If yes..which type of doc help me..??? And any other tests which help to know about my mental condition clearly..if any tell my in details plz..thanks..and which is the suitable doc right now for me to meet..thanks..help me plz..is neurologist help me

Since yesterday night, I have been having a cold sensation in my right shoulder. It is like someone is blowing very cold AC air on my shoulders. I twisted myself and exerted my shoulder yesterday while trying to adjust my car seat's headrest and sat through a 2 hour movie after that. Apart from this, I have no pain, no difficulty moving my arm or any redness or swelling. What should I do about this?

Sleep disorder, cant sleep at night even after taking 0.5 mg alprazolam. Sucidial urges, insecure, brain dosent respond as it did before. In short its a mess. I am fighting a lot but dont know what is happening around. Where i am going and where i want to.

Diagnosed with polymyositis through muscle biopsy and osteoporosis through BMD test...tablets taken from 08/06/2016 Tablets are Predmet 16mg, Azoran 25 mg,Shelcal 500mg,Evlon LC till now continuing...Upper GI endoscopy also performed and for that also medicines were taken till now.. SGOT-50U/L, SGPT-75U/L as on 30/06/2016..kindly help us to get rid from polymyositis and osteoporosis...

Wife ,50, has been found to have high blood pr since 5 months . tablet tazloc 40 started . since 45 days pr is stabilised to 80-82/ 130-134. however she complains of blood rushing to head from shoulders onwards or rather a feeling that my wife has developed high blood pr since 6 months. tazloc 40 pescribed alongwith diet changes etc. pr now in control since 45 days to around 80-82 to 130-134.complint is whenever she bends down to do housework she feels that blood is rushing to her head right up to shoulder area . .lot of sweating happens when she has to bend her head down for longer period . no dizziness while getting up from floor after sleeping why is this happening .this goes away when the head is straightened . What test needs to be done . Our GP has advised Brain+Mri Angio . Shall we go ahead with it or do we consult NEUROLOGIST first . Could it be Carotid OR Vertigo . what do we do
